Review of American Flatbread

I have been to another American Flatbread location and had a lovely experience at both. The restaurant has a warm, cozy, casual atmosphere that was great for my family and I. There is even a waiting area with a big fireplace and comfy couches. The service was quick and all of the food was very good, both the gluten free and regular pizza. You can do a build-your-own pizza or choose from the good number of suggested combos. Every topping is gluten free so they can all be used on the gluten free pizza crust that is offered. The pizza is made in a brick oven with the gluten free being made in its own tin to avoid cross contamination. I did not get sick either time or location I dined at American Flatbread. All of the toppings are fresh and organic as well. There also is an amazing mango hot sauce available at each table. Overall my family and I loved this dinner and would return again.
