This is a brand new (as of March 2024) glorified convenience store next to an American Natural gas station with lots of takeout options for a quick meal. However, it also has an oven in the back for pizza and heated sandwiches, fresh salads made to order, and seating at tables after you pay for the food if you want to eat there. Lots of single-serve GF options to cobble together a meal to stay safe. The GF Marguerita Pizza was terrific, and I watched as the workers changed gloves beforehand. The pizzas are cooked on separate trays that are slid into the oven. It’s just west of the intersection with Hwy 79 and you can thread through the parking lots of the neighboring stores to get a turn light coming and going. I can imagine it doing well with the multiple tenants in the rentals nearby. It’s an interesting concept for a quick meal. They’re open all day, but when we were there for lunch, the coffee service had shut down at 11am.
