Review of American Sector

Yum!! Good gluten free options! We shared the 'salmon' beets. They were out of salmon and subbed drum. It was excellent!!! The beets were amazing and the sauce and little tartness from the goat cheese were to die for! I had a Rosemary Riveter. It was excellent!!! Not overly sweet, but great flavor. We also shared the flourless chocolate cake! Spoon decadent!!!! They also said just about everything could be modified to GF. Lettuce wraps for burgers and sandwiches. No croutons on salads and such.
