They assured me that the fryer is dedicated to fries only (very tasty) and that the only items on the menu that have any gluten are the sandwich and deserts (the menu at the restaurant is smaller than the one found online). I even double checked on the BBQ sauce since that’s usually got gluten in, and they said it’s all made in-house and doesn’t contain gluten. I had the BBQ chicken wings and despite still being a little anxious about trying it, it was completely fine.
