I called ahead to try to make things easier for my family and the employee mentioned a gluten free fryer but didn’t give the impression that they knew much about GF, cross contamination and food allergies. They do not have a way to show patrons what ingredients are in things - I have other food allergies. And the staff seemed annoyed by my questions- trust me food allergies and celiac is annoying- especially to those who have it- we are literally trusting a chef with our health when we are out. My family ate (non-celiac) and enjoyed it but as a highly reactive celiac I couldn’t risk it - they could use a more educated staff who ensures patrons with allergies and celiacs can feel safe eating here.
