I was able to find one GF option on the menu. Chips and corn tortillas are not GF as there is no dedicated fryer. The Pollo a la Parillo was delicious though, just next time I will ask for light veggies as the dish was covered.

I called a few days before I visited and the person I spoke with verified that they have GF menu items and can handle allergies but he did not provide any details. I was wary. When I visited, entire sections of the menu are marked GF (specialties and tacos). The enchiladas are not marked GF but when I asked our waitress she said “Yes. Corn tortillas.” I was still wary. I asked about the chips. They are fired first thing in the morning with clean oil, but it’s not a dedicated fryer so I didn’t risk it. I ordered the chicken and steak fajitas with corn tortillas. The steak was chewy but the chicken was great. The best part of the meal, though, were the pinto beans. So flavorful!

All staff is knowledgeable and go above to help with the menu. Highly recommend. I’ve never been sick after eating here and I’m sensitive

I’ve eaten here several times and have never had a reaction. Lots of yummy options but unfortunately the chips are not safe.

Menu clearly marked! Food was delicious and so were the margaritas. Very sensitive and I had no reaction. No chips that are gluten free but fajitas, tacos, and numerous Mexican entrees.

My husband and I enjoyed an early dinner today at Amigos Cantina. I am the fairly sensitive Celiac, and wanted to try it out. The chips are not gluten free, which was a disappointment for me (but my husband sure enjoyed them). I ordered the stuffed poblano pepper house specialty and it was delicious. Staff was helpful with answering questions. Happy to report a good outcome!
