Noticing the flour tortillas on the griddle in the kitchen, I asked the person working at the counter what was safe to eat. I mentioned cross-contamination and she said that most of their food ends up on the griddle at a certain point. I was directed to the chicken tacos, which were served on non-housemade corn tortillas which I had warmed up in a microwave rather than on their griddle. I was not glutened, and the tacos were delicious.
