Cross Contamination - unfortunately this is not safe for those with celiac disease. Each scoop of gelato that touches the GLUTEN cone goes back into the gelato to scope more gelato. They will not get new gelato from the back that has not been cc to put into a cup.

They no longer offer a gluten free cone.
