Ate safely here. I’m a super sensitive celiac. Guy at the register didn’t understand but one of the young ladies making the food came over and told me that the only items that contain gluten are the pita, flatbread and dessert. She ensured me they change gloves, but always a risk of cc. I got the chicken shawarma with rice, hummus and salad. It was better than expected - and even better than I didn’t get sick!
