Excellent, knowledgeable staff who knew exactly what gluten is and what their kitchen must be aware of. modifications possible. food is great as well. I visited with a larger group who chose from the share menu, I had a main. all reports positive. 1 star deducted because there is no GF dedicated fryer, but they really deserve a 4 1/2.
