No gluten free menu, but the owner is knowledgable and can tell you what items can be made GF. When i asked about GF soy sauce, she said they don't use soy sauce to prepare the GF dishes. They have a dedicated fryer. Ordered spring rolls, shrimp rice noodles, roast pork fried rice.

Gluten Intolerant

I’m really thankful for this place. I feel as if 90% of Chinese food places don’t truly understand gluten free. The women taking orders over the phone always knows exactly what can and can’t be made gluten free. They use gluten free soy sauce and understand more about gluten than just “no flour”. Food is flavorful without being salty and my boyfriend who’s not gluten free enjoys it too.

I don’t have celiac but do react badly to gluten and haven’t had a problem here ever. As always I’d recommend asking about cross contamination and any other concerns.

Owner knew lots about celiacs and gluten free. She uses a separate pan, oil and sauces dedicated for gluten free. Growing up in a chinese household, it was hard for me to find and make gluten free chinese food (given the time that I had). This is an amazing spot, I got the fried spring rolls and char siu (boneless spareribs) and they tasted wonderful. Would recommend going here.

I REALLY APPRECIATE THIS PLACE SO MUCH AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE ALL MY LIFE AND WHEN I GOT DIAGNOSED IT WAS SO HARD WITHOUT CHINESE FOOD, WHEN I EXPLAINED WHAT GLUTEN WAS THEY STARTED MAKING ME GLUTEN FREE FRIED RICE, GF BEEF & BROCCOLI, AND THE RIBS/ BONELESS SPARE RIBS (already gluten free) (the egg drop soup is also gluten free) ****THE KEY IS YOU HAVE TO SAY YOU DONT WANT ANY SOY SAUCE AND YOU WANT THEM TO MAKE IT IN A “WHITE SAUCE” YOU CAN THEN ADD AS MUCH SOY SAUCE AS YOU WANT (WHICH I REALLY LIKE BECAUSE YOU CAN CONTROL THE SODIUM AMOUNT)

Celiac friendly?

Yes
