Be very careful at these restaurants!!! I called THREE times. All three. Times asked if the chips are GF and even explained what I meant. No shared oil. Was told yes all three times. A friend dined there and asked for us..same thing. Talked to a manager about GF options even AFTER my celiac family members ate them. “Oh…we’ll we do cool flour tortillas in that oil” people that don’t know allergies don’t deserve to operate a restaurant. This is the prosper location!! But I’ll be sharing across dice they aren’t there yet. He assured me it’s the same at all locations. Can’t comment on food. We didn’t get that far. I’ll be dealing with a sick kid now instead of eating. It’s not hard to be careful… many do easily. Pathetic negligence!

I was told the chicken and beef fajitas were both gluten free when ordered with the corn tortillas, but upon further questioning it was clarified that both meats are marinated with soy sauce even though they are listed as gf on the gf menu and the corn tortillas are fried in the same fryer as the sopapillas. I do not feel safe eating here with celiac.

Staff didn’t speak English well but was able to confirm fajitas are gf and chips are in their own fryer. Double checked the chips in the NIMA and no gluten was detected.

I have a strong Wheat allergy. As some items can be gluten free but not wheat free, I called to ask questions. Unfortunately they use SHARED cooking surfaces, and their meats come pre-seasoned (usually a problem with Wheat allergy). As explained to me - example: their Quesadillas they can change the tortilla to be gluten free but it it's cooked on the SAME surface as the other Quesadillas w/ Flour tortillas. :(

I had the fajita salad. I specifically asked the waiter about their chips as well as dressing. He said the chips are fried separately to ensure GF. He also checked to determine which dressing was GF.
