Gluten + soy allergies. I have been here a few times and gotten 3 different curries, never had a negative reaction. I didn't eat any appetizers.

The owner is very understanding and knowledgeable about gluten allergies, and the waitstaff seems familiar with them too.

No issues and delicious dosas! Had called ahead and the owner was very understanding of celiac and cross contamination. Said 90% of the menu is gluten free. I did not specifically check about fryers.

I was told by the host that their kitchen is super aware and safe for celiacs. Tested our appetizer with a Nima tester and gluten was detected. Alerted the manager and he brought the cook out who said he cleaned the cast iron grill well. You cannot get gluten off cast iron. Gluten free curry also had gluten detected. I guess flour in the kitchen. This is not safe for celiac.
