I dont reccomend this resturant
, not because of safety but because the food sucks. I actually havent been since my diagnosis.
Ive been 2-3 times and every time ive gone i was dissapointed with the food.
The carne asada tasted like it was unseasoned.
The carnitas felt like they were more lard than meat (not in a plesant way)
The fried avocado was chewy for some reason
The barbacoa taco was ok i guess
Go to bartaco instead. Everything A&A tries to do, They do better.

The waitress was super helpful and accommodating when I explained that I had celiac disease. She walked me through the menu options and said any of the burritos could be prepared as a salad. The tortillas are made in their own dedicated fryer, yay!
The food was great and initially I thought that everything was fine but I'm the middle of the night I became violently ill. Six days later I'm still recovering and am not back to myself. It may be safe for non celiac folks but for me not worth it.

Had a great experience here! Told the server I had a gluten allergy and asked her to let me know if anything I ordered had gluten (since Mexican is pretty easy to figure out). All of my tacos were fresh and I had NO reaction. Highly recommend!!

I hate to give this restaurant this rating because I really like it. But I have been glutened 2/3 times I’ve been here. The first time my avocado taco came out deep fried, not pan fried, despite letting the server know several times. She didn’t seem to care much. The manager assured me this wouldn’t happen again, his wife and mother in law are both celiac. He said he was going to train the kitchen. I gave it a few months before going back. I told the server right away that I have celiac and sensitive to cross contamination. He let to the kitchen and also GM know. Within minutes of taking my first bites of the taco salad, I became ill and had to leave mid meal. As much as I like this place, I cannot recommend it.

Our server, Hailey, was very knowledgeable and took great care in making sure that everything we ordered was safe for us to eat. Everything was delicious. She made sure the kitchen changed gloves and they had lots of modifications not listed on the menu. Overall this place was great, I felt safe here, and will definitely be returning.
