I specified gluten allergy on my reservation and the manager Trevor called me to discuss my allergy (asked if I had Celiac). He assured me that he would have the chefs take special precautions when preparing my meal. The fryer is not safe for celiac, so unfortunately you cannot have the chips. Was able to have chicken enchiladas, tacos, and much more!
