They only have penne and red sauce. Nothing else is gluten free. Almost none of the dishes can be made gluten free. We could do simple penne and red sauce at home. They’re also super annoyed when you ask any questions. We were not impressed. Just go to Diccico’s on Cedar for gluten free Italian.

They are knowledgeable about gluten sensitivity. They have Gluten free pastas to replace any of their dishes and cook the pasta in its separate water. Wife has eaten here twice and had no issues.
