Andronico’s Community Markets in Berkeley, San Francisco and San Anselmo have some special programs going that support customers seeking out gluten-free products. Friday Night Foodies is a weekly demo held from 4-7pm at the Irving Street store in San Francisco, in the deli department coordinated by Kelly “the cheese lady” who creates a menu around a certain theme or holiday. This month Kelly will be focused entirely on gluten-free menus that are delicious and easy to prepare at home.The recently created “Chef’s Corner” on their website is featuring some gluten-free recipes as well from local prominent writers.
