To say the lady was rude on the phone is an understatement.
We had the typical questions about being celiac and she said “take it or leave it” meaning they were not interested in accommodating

I’m so thankful for Angel Fired Pizza! Their gluten free pizza crust is fantastic. Although it’s all prepared in the same kitchen, I’ve never had any problems after eating there. I am dairy free as well, and they have no problem making my pizza with no cheese.

This place gets very busy but I wanted to try their gf pizza. It’s not worth the wait. The service here is slow and food was not warm when served. Pizza was 2/5 and even my gluten eating kids didn’t think the pizza was all that great.

As other Yelp reviewers had noted, they do not answer their phone, so your best bet is to drive over and place your order. They have GF pizza crust, sub buns, and pasta. The restaurant is perennially packed, probably because there aren't many restaurants in Angel Fire, especially in summer. After ordering in person at 6:30?and being given a 90 minute wait time, they had lost our order when we went to pick it up. They were starting to close but made our 4 pizzas for us anyway. They were pretty good - all thin crust - and the GF person in our party liked hers a lot. So this is a good option for GF people and those with them.

Didn’t get to try. They have an Udi crust but not handled or cooked separately. Not safe if celiac. Very nice on the phone just not an option if allergic.

Had the Chicken Alfredo pasta. It was absolutely fantastic. Service wasn’t the best but worth it for the food.
Yes
They have Udi's pizza crust, gluten-free sub bread, and gluten-free pasta. They are very helpful when it comes to making sure the toppings were safe, we asked about the Alfredo sauce and the waiter wasn't sure so he brought out the ingredient list so I could make sure myself and it was gluten-free! We ended up getting three different pizzas and they were all pretty good. My sister and I both have Celiac and neither one of us had a problem. I am very sensitive and didn't have any issues.
