Online menu is a bit misleading with 'GF' and 'GF option available' listed on a lot of the menu items. Disclaimer at the bottom of the menu made it seem it would be possible to safely prepare dishes for Celiacs, so I was slightly disappointed when the server informed there were only 4 items that were safe (fresh Saigon roll, beef pho (no meatballs), veggie pho (no tofu), and sable fish). Perhaps I was mislead by another review I read here.
Overall everything tasted fantastic.. Sable fish was nice and rich, had a few bones. The beef pho broth was probably one of the best I've have ever tried and definitely was not lacking any meat.
Dine-in menu has no GF indicators. Can accomodate nut/peanut allergy as well.

The food here is amazing. I told the server I was Celiac and he offered me an iPad with their allergy table that showed each dish and what specific areas of cross-contamination were identified and whether they would recommend them for gluten sensitivity vs. Celiacs. I was able to modify a dish that I wanted and it was so good!! Disclaimer: not a sensitive Celiac

There’s a number of things on the menu that are noted as ‘gluten free.’ However, I went there for dinner and was told that because it was so busy, the kitchen wouldn’t be able to guarantee that they could clean the wok/cooking surfaces to avoid contamination before my dish was made. It was disappointing 🙁

Nice cocktails and atmosphere, but very few celiac-friendly options. Lots of menu items are marked “gf” but if you enquire with the server they will let you know they are not celiac-friendly and recommended against them. (I wound up having pho, which was good, but that’s just naturally gf and available everywhere.)
I agree with the other reviewer who suggested calling ahead.

I read a few reviews and wanted to counter because I am an extremely sensitive celiac and have also reacted at many of the places mentioned to not trust - Virtuous Pie to name one. However I never had a noticeable issue here. I love the food - yes maybe options are more limited and no guarantees can be made - but none can unless it’s a dedicated kitchen even when ‘staff are knowledgeable and are taking care’. This is the risk all of us celiacs face when not preparing our own food. Anh and Chi is so good that it’s worth the try. Also the drinks are pretty outstanding.

This is a great restaurant but unfortunately many of the GF listed items still have cross contamination. Actual gluten free options are very limited. If you are super sensitive, I recommend calling before hand to see what is available to you.

The wait staff were knowledgeable and the menu listed gf options. They made adaptations to make a celiac and vegan friendly dish. No dedicated grill or frier however.
