This is a family run bakery; it is a dedicated gluten free (and peanut free) facility, as the owner’s daughter has Celiac. They’re very knowledgeable! They do everything from cookies and cakes to muffins and biscotti! I personally really recommend the bagels and the chocolate espresso muffins! There are also some vegan and dairy free options - you can call ahead and order them specially if you want. The family is very nice and willing to answer any questions you can throw at them.
