There is a separate Gluten Friendly menu with many options, the gluten friendly pancakes are made on a dedicated section of the griddle but can be made in a pan if you ask them to. The eggs are made in a pan. My pancakes were marked with a colored toothpick.
If you have a severe allergy/celiacs speak to the chef or manager to clarify anything you’re unsure about.
The gluten free pancake texture reminds me of protein shake.

Great GF menu! Pancakes with blueberry and goat cheese with andouille sausage and eggs was deliciou. A large menu to choose from. Stay away from toast since it is done in same toaster as wheat.

They have gluten, friendly pancakes that are on the main menu which I got. You can customize them as well- overall a great experience!

If you are celiac, do not go here. They do not have dedicated anything. Share a toaster and a grill. I got sick on an omelette and grits.

Has “gluten-friendly” menu with all the usual caveats about cross contamination. Staff were friendly and knew about celiac, but I still got mildly sick.
The food is always good but the wait staff is usually questionable. There is a Gluten-free menu and it is a chain restaurant but in the locations I have been in the wait staff is usually a little clueless. The menu is a little confusing, they give you a English muffin by default even though on the GF menu it specifies that it's not GF, but if ordering off the GF menu why not just make the GF option the default? It's strange. However the food is good, the pancakes are delicious. I really like the lemon berry goat cheese pancakes! The food is good but you need to be vigilant with your wait staff, read the menu carefully, and double check food.
Went with my celiac husband for breakfast today, we confirmed several times he had an allergy and not just a sensitivity and they reassured us they use separate pans, etc and take precautions to prevent any exposure. They told us to stay away from potatoes which we did and there was a miscommunication and they gave him the wrong food which made him nervous. They fixed their error and got him a new omelet and he did end up with a reaction soon after. I WILL say I appreciate the separate menu, and that they warned us that their food is not guaranteed to be GF but they try to limit. The waiter also really did seem to knowledgeable with what was best or worst to get. You’re rolling the dice eating here for sure if you have celiac.

We loved this place, went several times. Their menu is gluten friendly but felt safe eating there after our waitress’ extensive knowledge. Really great sandwiches and breakfast items.
