Review of Another Broken Egg Cafe

We heard this place had a gluten friendly menu but were delighted to find they had many pancake options. I chose a flight of pancakes which was a trio of their different pancakes: lemon blueberry goat cheese, mixed berry and cream, and bananas foster. This trio came with eggs and meat as well. It was a feast for around $12! One of my kids got the GF pancakes off the kids menu(!) and they tasted so good to her she was sure she had been given gluten. A non-Celiac child ordered the same meal only not GF so she taste tested the 2 and said, “I was happy with my breakfast until I tasted your pancakes!!” She also thought they were excellent but tested them against someone else’s at the table to determine that the GF pancakes were actually GF! Delicious!! I had to fight people for a taste of my own food!! Of note, there was a marker on the GF pancakes to denote they were GF. And the servers and hosts were knowledgeable as well. Can we open one in our home town?
