Wonderful staff with a cook knowing about Celiac. I had a sandwich on GF bread. Request “no toaster” as they don’t have a separate one. There is a dedicated fryer for freshly cut fries - which I enjoyed.

The staff were well-versed in gluten issues and cross contamination. They serve Udi's bread on any sandwich or burger. Fryer is not dedicated, so they advise to substitute fries with their cole slaw, which is gluten free. They even know not to toast the bread, as they don't have a dedicated toaster. My burger was absolutely delicious. No ill effects.
