Wonderful gluten free pizza experience! We spoke with the owner whose cousin is Celiac. They have a separate space to make the GF pizza to avoid cross contamination. GF items are not marked on the menu, but they walked through it with us and answered all of our questions. Thin, crispy, absolutely delicious crust! One of the best we’ve had. They will be offering GF pastas beginning in March 2021 and noted they’re getting a new stove to help avoid contamination. Will definitely be back if we’re in the area again.
