Staff was very knowledgeable about ingredients are used in various menu items. They provide gluten free pizza crust and a gf penne. Their Alfredo, rose, tomato and probably other sauces are gf - they use corn starch to thicken. Pricing wasn’t too bad either! I think my pasta was around $25 which is only $2 more than my partner’s regular gluten meal. Overall great experience!
