I was super excited to eat here because they had a number of GF options listed on their menu. I first tried to order the Johnny cakes which was marked as GF, but was told that it couldn’t be prepared gluten free. Instead, I ordered the brunch power bowl which was also labeled as GF. Unfortunately, I don’t believe this was gluten free. About 4 hours after eating here I became incredibly sick with all the symptoms of being severely glutened.

— Not at all

Spoke with the server and manager who confirmed the pancakes could be prepared gluten free. They seemed to be knowledgeable about cross contamination and told me it was prepared on a separate surface, however I became severely sick about 3 hours after eating here. All the symptoms of being glutened.

I had lots of gluten free options here can’t wait to go back lattes have dairy free options too! Menu just stated which items are available gluten free
