Antimo's Pizzeria and Restaurant

I ordered gluten free penne with vodka sauce and chicken from here, takeout with family I was visiting in New Jersey. I can't tell you if the food tastes good or not, because as soon as I saw it I thought the chicken looked coated or breaded. I called th restaurant, and the woman who answered (the same woman who took the order and assured me both vodka sauce and chicken would be fine!) said "oh, that's right, we coat the chicken in flour." So after I told her they very much need to tell people ordering gf pasta that, I asked if the vodka sauce would be okay. She started to say yes, then backtracked and said no, because it has Parmesan cheese and they keep their parm from sticking with flour rather than corn starch like most Italian restaurants do.She offered to remake the dish, suggesting marinara sauce, but I said I didn't feel comfortable eating anything from the restaurant, and that they should just stop serving gf pasta until they ignore out how to keep it safe. Absolutely 100% NOT celiac friendly!
