Had a really great cauliflower crust pizza! Tasted so good I could barely tell it was cauliflower or even gluten free! While ordering at the counter for takeout, chef called out asking if it was an allergy and when told celiac, immediately said okay and began to clean. Unfortunately didn’t seem to be dedicated oven, but as a sensitive celiac I felt fine after eating and would come back.
