The wait staff didn’t know much about the gluten free items, or what gluten was, but the manager was VERY knowledgeable!! The enchiladas are gluten free, with the exception of the chili con carne sauce. I was told the rice is also prepared in the same space as their chicken fried steak (which doesn’t make sense to me but okay), so the rice is not an option. But they have other substitutions. The manager said that the kitchen would prepare my food in a separate portion of the kitchen as well.
