Everything at our café is gluten-free. We serve nourishing smoothies, a wide variety of teas, coffee and lattes, house made baked goods, seasonal vegetable dishes, savory egg plates, satisfying avocado toasts, yummy chicken salad sandwiches, comforting grilled cheese and more. Everything is organic and we aim to source most of our food from local farms and businesses. We have many vegan options and all our baked goods are dairy-free.

I’ve had lunch here twice and both times were great. Grilled cheese was delicious and the roasted veggies were done perfectly. Oatmeal cookie and a scone also delicious. They serve mostly sandwiches, smoothies, and pastries so definitely targeted at breakfast and lunch. All GF and safe!

Super friendly staff. Everything is gluten free and owner and staff very well educated on gluten-free.
This is my 5th time coming here. I highly recommend the taco salad. They have a fair selection of pastries. Coffee is great and they offer a variety of milk options for lattes.
It is clean. The bathroom is spotless. The space is open and distancing is easy. Outside seating is available and they are building a bigger outside area.

Everything including drinks are gluten-free. We also have many vegan options and all of our baked goods are dairy-free.
