Serving those with a gluten intolerance, but not celiac
On safety—We use 100% imported Italian flour in our pizzas and most of our appetizers. We have found that a large percentage of gluten, intolerant and gluten sensitive individuals can successfully eat our pizza. We have a gluten intolerant person on our staff who can explain their experience. We take great precaution because of our employees to be sure we don’t cross contaminate. It’s especially important when you have a 74-year-old gluten sensitive employee.
