Loved my experience here! The staff member I spoke with was not familiar with Celiac but literally went as far as to pull a giant bag of hashbrowns out so I could read the label on the bag. He confirmed gluten-free status of multiple ingredients with his manager, and was so patient as I asked 70 questions. I ordered a breakfast pita with a gluten-free pita, eggs (fresh, not powdered!), veggies, and feta. My first time eating in a regular restaurant since diagnosis... didn't get sick! So happy!
