Review of Apothecary Restaurant

Such a wonderful surprise to find this place! They're a gluten-free establishment (run by a gluten-free family) offering a range of entrees. All are vegetarian and most are vegan. They have yucca crust pizzas, desserts, and a full beverage menu (including alcohol-free, sugar-free cocktails). I had the pad thai and chai, and both were delicious. A really fun place to hang out and eat, and the oxygen treatments are a nice option (especially if you're struggling with the altitude or jet lag!).
