All the waitresess here were uneducated about allergies. The menu doesn't mean you are getting anything prepared to your allergy as they do not have a designated cooking station to prepare GF food. Your food may not contain gluten but will be cross-contaminated. I spoke to the manager then the general manager to advise of my husband and sons high sensitivity to gluten and his response was their grill is at a high temperature, it would burn away the allergy. My response to him was, that's not how gluten works. Heat doesn't burn it away. Applebee's does not have a designated cooking station, is un-educated in the products they serve for allergy sensitivities and there is a good chance you will get sick.
