Horrible experience. The manager does give you a menu with nutrition facts like the website has except half the food is listed the allergies after cooking half is listed with it before cooking. Example: steak has gluten and dairy - after Cooking but your not told that, and sweet potato fries are "gluten free" but then cooked in same oil as everything else. They did not explain a single thing and were not very helpful at all! Besides that they brought me the wrong food which I insisted my friend eat so theirs didn't get cold and he was almost done by the time I got the right meal. Then they gave us the bill with both my meal and he meal they brought us which was wrong on the bill. The waitress blamed the chef for the wrong meal and the manager for "ringing it in wrong I knew he would do that" taking no owner ship. And I left with hives and Itchy because they served me cross contaminated food after telling them I'm severely allergic... You can't pay me to go back there
Eat there so often the staff knows my order. I've never become ill after eating there. The GF Napa Chicken is excellent. The fried potatoes are fried in a shared fryer but have never caused me the slightest symptom and I'm very sensitive.

Due to these circumstances, we are unable to guarantee that any menu item can be completely free of allergens."
Items on menu were listed GS for gluten sensitive and they took precautions to not cross contaminate my food with others

I tried ordering off the gluten sensitive menu and told the server I was allergic to gluten. I had symptoms exactly an hour after the meal. I may not have been clear enough with my needs, but I’m not sure I will risk it again.

Ordering was confusing. They had a menu that listed gluten sensitive options, but then told me the potatoes may not be safe. Had me substitute for another side, but then served me the potatoes anyway. I got the salmon, mashed potatoes, and beans. It was decent tasting and I didn't get sick. I found the online webpage for allergens was more reliable than the staff.

I made the mistake of assuming an item on the menu saying GS (gluten sensitive) would not have gluten. Strawberry salad said GS, but cane with gluten breadstick. The waitress got very defensive when I asked if it was gluten free. She said I never told her I was gluten free. Lesson learned. But, she dud not need to be nasty to me. My grandson got the breadstick.

I ordered the balsamic chicken and strawberry salad, marked gf on the menu. I asked the server to make sure she alerted the kitchen to prevent across cross contact. She gave me an attitude and said 'it's marked gf on the menu, isn't it?' Lo and behold, when it was served to me, a delicious, steamy, fresh baked bread stick was sitting on top of it. This was NOT mentioned on the menu, and after telling the server I needed to est gf, I was not happy nor did I feel safe. Also, being reminded of what I'm missing out on by having this breadstick waved under my nose was really not an uplifting experience. If you have Celiac like me I'd stay away from his place.
