Maybe the curry ? They used to have an extensive gluten free menu. Now you’re limited to a few items. New ownership? I hope one day they go back to dredging in rice flour so I can have their crispy spicy wings and general tso chicken.

The manager was very knowledgeable about celiac disease vs. gluten sensitivity. They told me that nothing on the menu is safe for celiacs despite what other staff members may say to you. They have tons of delicious options for someone with a slight intolerance, but unfortunately, nothing for celiacs or those with a true allergy.

This was my favorite restaurant before I was diagnosed with celiac and it remains my favorite! Menu is clearly marked with gluten free symbols next to the appropriate items. You can’t go wrong here. My favorite order is nime chow, crispy black pepper wings, and beebong. So delicious 😋

The staff is very knowledgeable on gluten free. But I believe they fry the wings in the same oil as everything else.. just be careful. Other than that everything was great.

The food is very good. However, my partner is gluten intolerant and gets sick every time we eat here. I still love it, but it’s not safe if you’re very sensitive.

Former Providence resident, living in the Deep South where I cannot eat out due to the major cross contamination issues and ignorance of celiac disease. Apsara was SO busy at prime time 7:30pm when I came in to order takeout. They were great! Told them I was celiac and they assured me they understood and made me steamed salmon with ginger and scallions, pea pod leaves and nime chow. What an incredible feast! Going back tonight...

One of the best restaurants in the city! Incredible gluten free menu. Love the Nime chow and usually get the Chicken Pad Thai which is excellent. The price is very affordable.
This is a casual place, but there are a LOT of gluten free items on the menu (marked on the regular menu). It's also BYOB, so you can bring your favorite GF beverage.
