We were so happy to find this wonderful place in Eureka. 100% gluten free and delicious! Our celiac son was beyond happy! Be aware that it is closed from Monday through Wednesday. Not sure if that changes during the summer.

This is a totally dedicated gluten free restaurant! The food was amazing, I had a chicken quesadilla, and my husband had the tamales. The service was awesome, everyone knew what they were talking about. It was sooo good I would recommend.

Been coming here for five years now and the food never disappoints. Fresh, local and organic. All gluten free. Tacos have definitely gotten bigger in size and the pescado taco is still the best in my book with the pollo adobo a close second. Margaritas are great too! Desserts and sides are if you have room for them are great as well.

I had my 1st quesadilla in 12 years at a restaurant because EVERYTHING ON MENU IS GF!! Amy was our waitress and she was very friendly, I will definitely eat here again.

Wow. Just wow. Dedicated gf restaurant with a solid spread of tacos and quesadillas. We also got nachos that weren't on the menu, but were amazing. Margarita was nothing to write home about, but did the job.

I met a local who was celiac. When I asked for suggestions, she said she would eat at Aquarius every night if she had the chance. On this recommendation, along with the excellent rating on FMGF, I tried it out. Great food, great prices, great atmosphere. It was nice knowing that the entire facility was gluten free. Their handmade blue corn tortillas were excellent. Be warned that the tacos are much larger than your average street tacos. I ordered three, but could only eat two. I recommend the fish taco, battered in rice flour and deep fried.

The whole restaurant if gf!! Staff was incredibly friendly and willing to answer questions. I ate the Aquarius bowl and was very pleased with how fresh the food was and the homemade tortillas were great!

OMG Delicious! Gluten free kitchen, great service, and the best tacos my husband and I have ever had in the US and just as great as the resort we stayed at in Mexico, and we are huge fans of tacos! Try the plantain taco!!

Carnita taco with the pineapple salsa was out of this world!!! Homemade chips too. Didn't have to worry about gluten contamination. EVERYTHING is GF!!!

Fantastic food, great atmosphere. All food is GF. We had steak taco, pork taco, chicken taco, shrimp taco, beans, guacamole & chips, fried plantains. Everything was delicious & the service was great.

Great gluten free restaurant! Food is fabulous and fresh, and all of it is made in a gluten free kitchen. The only thing not gf is the beer, although they now offer a gluten free beer as well. Corn tortillas are made from scratch. Fried foods are coated in rice flour and very crispy. I can't wait to return for the fish tacos and fresh fruit pineapple margarita.

The best meal ever!! And on top of all that it's all gluten free. The corn was unreal but be ready for the spiciness to hit, but it's worth the buy. We ordered all 6 different tacos and the fish and shrimp ones were a bit hit. And the supreme nachos were a humongous hit. All 6 sauces included in the homemade nachos were outstanding. I'm from Kansas City where we have plenty of 5 star places, this is 6 star!!

I want to add that Aquarius not only has a dedicated GF kitchen space as indicated, it's actually an entirely GF restaurant with the exception of beer. No gluten is ever in the kitchen period, so even the most sensitive are safe to eat here!
