Excellent gf pasta! I had the bolognese. They asked about allergies beforehand and seemed knowledgeable. I am not celiac though so I did not ask about potential cross contamination.

The gluten free pasta carbonara is literally the best I’ve ever had! Hands down you need to eat here, they boil the gluten free pasta in its own water if you tell them you’re gluten free, they are very nice about it. I have crohns but have bad reactions to gluten and it was safe for me to eat here!

Very good service, our waiter was very knowledgeable about gluten free options. They took lots of extra caution to make sure that everything was gluten free and they were very careful to put any dishes that contained gluten (charcuterie) on the side. Pasta was delicious! Celiac stamp of approval from me!

My husband and I ate here for our final meal in Honolulu and it did not disappoint in the least! The food was hot & delicious and the service was outstanding. The timing of everything was good. Our waiter was very friendly & helpful, even though when he tried to explain to me why the Bolognese sauce wasn’t gluten-free didn’t make sense. He tried. So I ordered the marinara to be safe. The owner/manager also check on us. We originally were seated outside but requested to go inside because it was too sunny and hot.

While they didn’t have a gluten free menu, they made gluten free pasta and took care in its preparation and provided substitutions that made a great meal. They described to me what steps they would take to reduce cross contamination. Their food has amazing flavor!!! They also checked back to make sure everything was ok! So far so good! It’s located right in the Marriott hotel in Waikiki beach so easy to find!

I really really enjoyed my time at Arancino di Mare, our server Susan was AMAZING! She literally knew soooo much about gluten free and could point out every item on the menu that was safe for me! Which was actually most of the menu which was nice! I had the rigatoni all’ amatriciana substituted with gluten free spaghetti noodles🍝 and added Italian sausage instead of the guanciale! 😋 She also mentioned that for allergy meals they make them in a dedicated area!
