I don’t understand the safety reviews because I was told they do not change gloves or knives. They continuously ask me if cross contamination is okay the last 3 times I’ve been here.

I ordered sushi To go from here and the host was very helpful! I told him I couldn’t have gluten so he guided me away from any sauces. I got salmon sashimi and a tuna + cucumber roll. When it came out he told me the chef didn’t put any wasabi because there is gluten in the wasabi, which I was super impressed they caught. He offered to make me a side of gluten free soy sauce, but I’m staying away from soy currently. I was very grateful for their knowledge and attention to detail with my order.

Best sushi on Long Island. Very knowledgeable . Even suggested we get my daughter brown rice instead of white sushi rice as the chefs grab from a container and might contaminate. Make a reservation. Place is small and books fast!
