I tried this place based on the good reviews, but my experience was not great. I discussed with the manager who took my order about whether I could get sirloin on GF bun, which he didn't recommend, so I told him that I would have a hamburger on a GF bun instead. Over an hour later, when our order finally came, mine was on a regular bun. I took it back and they said they'd fix it, and said there had been no GF request on my ticket. They then quickly brought me the same burger switched to GF bun. When I asked if it was the same burger the cook was at least honest and said yes, then said that all of the GF buns are toasted in the same toaster as the gluten so none of their food is safe if you have an allergy! I was was so hungry and exhausted at this point I accepted his offer to bring me a new burger, and took the risk of the toaster cross contamination. In hindsight I should have just asked for it on lettuce, but wasn't thinking straight. It's only been about 16 hours since this happened and no reaction yet, but we'll see.
