I had an incredible time at Archipelago with their team and my boyfriend. The head chef, Aaron, was incredibly diligent at every course ensuring our dishes were prepared and kept separate. That said, there was no sacrifice of flavor nor artistry. Every single course was incredible and beautiful. If you get the chance to get seats at Archipelago, be prepared to be blown away by their care and quality. The care begins early with a dietary survey where they ask about allergies and avoidances - they ask smart follow ups and are not shy about clarifying with you ahead of time. This place is incredible.

This small team went above and beyond to accomodate for my long list of sensitivities: gf, dairy free, sugar free, legume free, onion/garlic free. They were careful in cooking separate pans and you can observe the cooking because its done right in front of you. They even made the most tasty gf noodles I have ever had. Definitely recommend the splurge.

I haven’t been since my celiac diagnosis but this is a really intimate dining experience and I feel pretty confident they can take care of me and the food is DELICIOUS! I’ll update when I’ve had a chance to eat here again and confirm.
