Almost the entire menu is gluten free. I like it because they have a dedicated fryer and they have savory empanadas that are fried with some meat inside. It’s so good and no worries about gluten!

Also it’s right by the university mall so it’s a great location!

Food was so good. This place only had one negative review so I was super hopeful. I think problem is there is one thing not gluten free there and it shares the fryer with everything else. I could tell after leaving I got some gluten. I would try it again just because it was so good. They just need a little education on cross contamination.

Both Arrempas locations are completely gluten free and delicious! I was able to eat fried food without a worry. I highly recommend the empanadas.

Amazing food and service. I love that everything but one thing is gluten free on the menu! It is very filling and satisfying. I couldn’t remember the last time I’ve had something fried, so the empanada was quite the treat! All of the sauces are also incredible! Highly recommend.

AMAZING gluten free food! Almost everything is gluten free! The empanadas dipped in their sauces is sooo delicious and inexpensive. The only downside is we live a ways away, but is still totally worth the drive!

Their empanadas are crispy, delicious, flavorful, and affordable! We loved the chicken and papillon empanadas. The garlic and avocado sauces are delicious. The arepas are large and filling. Almost everything here is gluten free. My new favorite affordable restaurant!
