Everything they serve is gluten-free! That’s awesome, especially for a food truck. It’s difficult to find 100% GF restaurants & food places in the area. I usually get a rash/hives if there’s gluten in something I eat, but thankfully I’ve always felt great after eating their arepas. Thank you for thinking of those of us who cannot eat gluten! Also, their staff is very knowledgable and friendly! Would recommend for sure!

The arepas are delicious. Three of us with celiacs eat here frequently and have never felt bad afterwards. Based on that, I recommend it as celiac friendly. We do not get any sides, just arepas.

I got very sick with all the same symptoms I have after eating gluten, after double-checking and being told my order was 100% gluten free. I reached out to find out what ingredient it could be--I know that a lot of restaurants season their black beans with bouillon, which often is not gluten free--but the owner responded without answering my question. I asked again politely--no answer. Hiding something? I'll steer clear from now on.

Update- ate here today and it’s still EXCELLENT!! My absolute favorite (and only) fast food!! Perfectly gluten free, fresh food, ample portions, friendly, clean, all positives! My favorite is the chicken tica, but the pork Arepa is good too, so is the salmon, caprese,... it’s all good! Follow them and find this truck- you won’t be disappointed!
