Oh my goodness, this was delicious and one of the best meals I have had at a restaurant since my celiac diagnosis! Everything was so good…the chicken salad arepas was the best chicken salad I have ever had!! The plantains divine! Actually, everything we tried was outstanding.

I only wish I had one in my town! But anytime we come to Raleigh, this will absolutely be on our list of stops!

Delicious! The arepas and cachapra were so good! I had the bbq and my friend got the shrimp, then we just got the cachapra. The cachapra was sweet and really good. The sauces are also great and the drinks. Cute place, great for lunch or dinner.

Dedicated GF facility, naturally GF dishes, and it’s delicious?! I love Arepa Culture and often find myself planning my errands around getting lunch here. The La Tica and El Salmon have my heart… and I could drink the cilantro sauce too. There are options for every palate and dietary preference. Lovely!!

We had a great lunch here. I have celiac and my child has multiple food allergies. The ordering experience felt very thorough/attentive and explained all of our options carefully. They offered to change gloves when they learned of the additional allergies at play. Food was delicious and came out fast. Very happy with our experience.

I loved this place! I am extremely picky about where I will eat out. I’ve only tried 2 restaurants total since my celiac diagnosis over a year ago, and this was one of them. I am very sensitive and did not get sick, and the arepas were great! Totally going back next time I’m in Raleigh!

Let’s just say this is one of my favorite restaurants and I go here weekly. The restaurant is dedicated gf and the food is delicious. I will continue to be a regular here. I have never gotten sick. My favorite menu item is the La Domino, however I love it all.

Good food and well-priced! I only wish the reina pepiada weren’t so herby. It’s usually my favorite arepa, but I didn’t like it here. Otherwise, food was tasty and safe! It’s worth noting that substitutions aren’t allowed though, so beware if you have other allergies.

Always excellent. Very safe. Only caution is that the bottled specialty root beer includes barley malt, so the drinks aren’t 100% gluten free.

It is nice that all of the food is gluten-free. I did notice a barley drink in the case though. But to be honest, I was disappointed. I love Arepa's so maybe my expectations were too high. I went here for lunch with a friend a few days ago. The atmosphere is modern and cute, but the food and service were disappointing. The service was not bad, but the employees did not seem like they wanted to be there and were hard to understand (mumbling) when you asked questions/tried to order. And the Arepa's were disappointing. Being some of the first customers of the day I thought the arepas would've been fresher. They were not warm and didn't hold together. If the Arepas had just been warm they could've tasted a lot better, the rest of the salmon arepa was tasty and the cheese one would've been better if it wasn't like a solid block of cheese and was meltier. I will give it a second chance, but maybe check out the food truck next time.

Highly recommend this place, it is SO yummy!!! Love that their whole menu is gluten free - makes the whole experience so much less stressful for those with celiac.

We went in around 11:30 on a Saturday and ordered to go. The staff was very friendly, and our food was ready within 5 minutes or so.

Between 2 of us we ordered 4 arepas—the La Tica (chicken), La Peluso (beef), La Quesua (3 cheese) and El Carnivoro (3 meats). All were delicious, and so were the cilantro and hot sauces! 4 arepas was a lot of food 2, we probably could have gotten away with just 3 but will enjoy our leftovers nonetheless.

I had the "LA SURENA" arepa, flan cheesecake, and crema—it was all delicious! Everything is 100% gluten free. The only thing they have that is not is one drink that is shipped in so there is no chance of cross-contamination! I will definitely go back. The only thing I didn’t realize it that the arepas are kind of small so I’d recommend ordering two.
