I stop here often for a quick gluten free low fodmap friendly lunch. Some sauces are fodmap friendly too, just ask for ingredients. I get a puerco arepa and tostones. Always delicious and friendly service!

My husband & I loved this place! Lots of gluten free options, & I really enjoyed the vegetarian arepa for which the cart is named: corn cake sandwich with black beans, onions, plantain & avocado. Delicious! The cart is one of 6 or so carts, and others offer gluten free meals as well. Worth the visit!

Staff seemed knowledgeable! Food was delicious. We called ahead with our order and it was ready when we got there. We tested with our Nima and it came back as GF! The only gluten in the truck are buns for the burgers. From what I was told, they are careful to prevent cross contamination and the burger can be ordered on an arepa. We can’t wait to come back!

This place is amazing. I love their tostones and their cubana arepa. I thought their other arepas were just ok, but their cubana arepa is very addictive. Very celiac safe.

Exceptional flavor and freshness. I have celiac and ate safely here from vegan options. Generous portions, a lot of greens in salad, super fun corn bread, delicious root fries. Fast service and over all 5 star for quality of the meal

This is just plain good food! The fact that it's mostly GF is a bonus! The menu has inventive, fun things, clearly labeled if they are GF, vegan or vegetarian.
