Everything is so good and gluten free, my daughter with celiac can eat anything and she is always fine, they clearly stated in their website “gluten free” everything is made of corn flour.

Delicious! Arepa’s without plantains are gf. Empanadas are not safe. Everything is made to order, so expect to wait for a few minutes while it is prepared. Love the food here and the staff are always very nice!

The arepas are GF and delicious. I stay away from the fried items as I don’t believe they have a dedicated fryer.

They do not have a dedicated fryer so anything fried, to include empanadas and plantains are contaminated. They mark anything gf that has no gluten ingredients but it is not all celiac safe

This is a Venezuelan arepa restaurant. Since arepas use corn flour anyway 90% of the menu is gluten free by default.

My wife has celiac and is extremely sensitive and we have eaten here many times since discovering it. Most if not all the sandwiches/arepas are gluten free, as are the empanadas.

Highly recommend.
