This place is authentic with nicest staff. I often eat here or order delivery from them, always very satisfied! Gluten free are arepas and cachapas. It’s better to tell the staff if you have celiac, then they also recommend removing fried bananas to avoid contamination. They also have gluten free beer!

Great&delicious! Venezuelan food is gluten-free friendly :-) Most main dishes are 100% corn based - arepas, cachapas, “venezuelan bowl” = rice&beans, plantains”. Avoid tequeños (wheat flour) and empanadas. They are 100% corn based but fried together with tequeños in the same oil. The staff is very helpful to celiacs.

Great place to get gluten free food! Venezuelan food - not all are gluten free but quite a good range! Lady boss is very friendly and she also has gluten free beer:)
