They have no GF menu, but they do have a GF (canned) crust on the menu. That’s about it. Person on the phone had no idea what GF was and even after explaining, still couldn’t answer questions with confidence. The regular pizza looks good and according to everyone is great, but not only do they not know what GF is, they can’t cook their own GF crust. It was way over cooked, black on the edges, chewy at best where it was covered with sauce, and hard and unable to be chewed even on the edges - literally too hard to bite. The veggies ingredients and sauce taste good, but there’s no vehicle for GF people to enjoy it. They said the wing sauce was GF and traditional wings had a separate fryer, but when they came, they had a definite coating of some sort on them that didn’t match up with what they said they did to prep the wings. That coupled with their obvious general lack of knowledge and experience gave me a complete lack of confidence in trying the wings. I didn’t even order a salad (not that I like the idea of hitting a pizza place for a salad anyway) but the best description that they could give me of their salad dressing was they mix a powder with milk (no idea what was in the powder). The restaurant seems fine for people without GF restrictions, but I’ll be skipping it.

Yes
It's not on their menu, but they have gluten free crust. It is tasty, and my pizza didn't have crumbs on the bottom like I have at other restaurants before. I really like that I'm supporting a local business.
