Review of ARIA Resort & Casino Las Vegas

We asked the concierge desk about gluten free options and they made a call head to the chef who was willing to accommodate our allergies. We were met right away by Chef Ray who took the time to walk us through the entire buffet and let us know what we could and could not have and even made a pizza and fried rice upon request of my son that had no gluten and no dairy. The buffet had many items we could eat and they even offered GF bread and desserts
