Review of ARIA Resort & Casino Las Vegas

Echoing an earlier review, my wife has celiacs and we never go to buffets but this place really knows how to do it. The chef met with us and showed us everything that is and isn’t GF, and they can prepare it in the back by request. Thank you Aria!
